Promising fashion designer Marina Hoermanseder – former winner of the PREMIUM Young Designers Award – is one of the first designers to receive support by the newly formed Fashion Council Germany. Some of the most distinctive features of her work are corsets diverse in shape and design, a craft she learned as an intern at Alexander McQueen. In her SS/16 collection, she skillfully reinterprets leather-strap corsets.

Sporty and graphic! Compelling renditions of this combo were all over the runways: knit, geometric pieces peeking out from under utilitarian spaghetti-strap minidresses, and updates on the ’90s bodysuits that were paired with printed miniskirts. Ankle-strap gladiator sandals came in bold black lacquer with reflexology footbeds.
With the 3D-printed, virtual reality ‘Dior Eyes,’ a number of lucky individuals will be able to get a real-time look behind the scenes at a Dior show, while the models get ready to strut their stuff down the runway.

Got a bit of wanderlust? French fashion house Chloé accentuates the playful and feminine side of today's woman with its SS/16 collection. Rainbow-colored, strapless maxi dresses are paired with oversized wool sweaters, while jersey two-pieces in blood-red and sand bring a sporty touch. Perfect lace accents, colorful pompons, and new interpretations on the paisley pattern round out the collection, which captures the summer holiday spirit.
